Flower Identification?

Anyone know what kind of flower this is? It is at my farmer's house and he doesn't have a clue. Just curious.

looks like sedum (spelling) very easy to grow just snip a piece off and stick in ground will root itself changes color in fall

It looks like "baby's breath" that florists put in with roses in bouquets. Also known as 'sedum'.
